A Tribute to Lee Sansumn:

With shattered hearts, we mourn the loss of a legend — Lee Sansum of Scotland. A martial arts master, a mentor, a protector, and more than anything, a cherished friend and family member. Lee, we still can’t believe you’re gone. We have lost one of our best — a brother, a guide, and someone whose presence shaped our lives in ways words can barely describe.

For over 25 years, you’ve been a cornerstone in my life and in the life of my family. You stood by us through every moment — from the joy of my children being born to the darkest days we’ve faced. You weren’t just my instructor; you were truly part of our family. The memories we shared — the belly laughs, the adventures, the trips — will be treasured forever.

You were the “Master & Commander,” the fearless leader we all looked up to. We used to joke about riding into battle together, stealing horses, chasing the horizon — and deep down, we all knew we would have followed you anywhere. Your footsteps are impossible to fill. We feel truly blessed that you walked through life with us. Christmases with the Sansums are now sacred memories, etched into our hearts. The “bromance” we shared, the time spent side by side — those moments mean everything now.

Lee, you leave behind a legacy that few can hope to match. You showed us what strength, loyalty, and real family values look like. Your love for your own family set the standard for us all. To Kate and the children — our love, prayers, and unending support are with you. We wish we could be closer, to hold your hands through this heartbreaking time. Stand down now, Mucka. Rest easy, warrior. Your spirit will live on in every story, every lesson, every heart you’ve touched. Thank you for everything. You’ll never be forgotten.
